The Brief

Cocktail Marketing was approached by Rose Landscapes, part of the Rose Group of Companies, to offer a complete package of marketing support from strategic planning right through to execution and delivery, with a brief to help it gain both sales momentum and brand awareness.

The Solution

We took a two-pronged approach to the marketing strategy, writing a marketing plan that focused on brand awareness and driving sales. We then revisited all areas of communication both internally and externally; creating ads that had a strong retail-focused customer proposition, enhancing in-store POS and developing supporting PR and social media strategies. We immersed the brand in communities and brought it to life among target markets through a series of events and exhibitions.

The Result

Our wide experience and understanding of the retail arena was essential in developing a successful marketing strategy for Rose Landscapes. We have now laid the foundations of a strong brand which is gaining traction and a successful promotional plan which has already seen an increase in store footfall.
